Job description
A Director of Marketing with 5 or more years of experience to lead our user acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize acquisition, engagement, and retention strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Own, manage, and diversify our marketing channels to drive product use.
- Lead, mentor, and empower our marketing team to achieve marketing outcomes.
- Collaborate and support other teams when they’re seeking to engage our users.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years of product, performance, or growth marketing experience.
- Proven success in increasing user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Cross-channel marketing experience (Email, Android/iOS Push, SMS, Web Push, etc.).
- Experience using large sets of user behavior/data to inform decisions, identify growth opportunities, and guide strategies.
Exceptional candidate will have:
- Experience with a customer engagement platform, ie. Braze, Customer.io.
- Experience in growing a marketplace.
- Experience in the healthcare, long term care, or nursing industry.
