Responsibilities
- Build and execute a brand marketing strategy that drives growth and builds loyal fans.
- Dive deep into the market, analyze trends, competitors, and visual culture.
- Craft a strong brand platform — values, voice, positioning, identity.
- Plan and lead ad campaigns, PR initiatives, influencer collaborations (online & offline).
- Manage content strategy across socials, blogs, emails, partnerships.
- Track KPIs, optimize campaigns, and constantly improve performance.
- Lead a small remote team: traffic manager, designer, copywriter, SMM, IT.
- Own your brand’s marketing budget and results.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2C brand management or marketing in the U.S.
- You’re obsessed with performance AND creativity — strategy is your playground.
- You’ve worked in or are passionate about at least one of these:
- → Concealed carry, tactical gear, outdoor survival, EDC, car accessories, IPSC/IDPA/3-Gun sports
- Fluent in Russian and English (C1/C2) — strong writing & communication skills
- Know how to build, run, and scale multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- You analyze data, test ideas, and make decisions based on impact, not opinions.
- You love working with teams and take full ownership of your projects.
