Job Title: Senior/Lead UI/Visual Designer

Location: Remote (U.S.-based, must work EST hours)

Contract Duration: 6 months (with possible extension)

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Senior/Lead UI/Visual Designer to immediately contribute to a fast-paced, high-impact project. The ideal candidate brings a strong portfolio spanning luxury and casual brand expressions, excels in Figma, and can deliver stunning mobile and desktop designs—fast. 🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Rapidly integrate into the team and understand brand/design guidelines
• Design high-quality UI visuals for mobile and desktop platforms
• Adapt designs across luxury, lifestyle, and casual brand tones
• Edit photography, create AI-enhanced visuals, and produce custom assets
• Participate in design critiques and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
• Deliver production-ready designs under tight timelines

✅ Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/Visual Design
• Advanced Figma skills including component libraries and design systems
• Strong typography and layout design (font pairing, hierarchy)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or AI image-generation tools
• Demonstrated ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
• Familiarity with remote design tools and collaboration methods
• Strong communication and feedback incorporation skills
• Must be located in the U.S. and available to work EST hours
• Portfolio must show examples of both luxury and casual brand design

• Experience in hospitality or luxury-focused projects
• Prior agency experience with multiple brands/clients
• Knowledge of motion graphics and micro-interactions
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design
