About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Marketing Director to lead our global marketing strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving brand growth, managing high-performing teams, and executing innovative campaigns across traditional and non-traditional platforms, particularly TikTok, Telegram, and emerging digital channels. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with analytical expertise to strengthen ES Training’s global presence and support our ambitious growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the company’s global marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and student enrollment.
- Oversee and guide the execution of marketing campaigns across all channels (digital, social media, and offline).
- Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and results.
- Collaborate with the Global Sales Director and Regional Managers to align marketing efforts with business goals and regional market needs.
- Expand and manage the company’s presence across social media platforms, with a strong focus on TikTok, Telegram, and other direct-to-consumer channels.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing strategic insights to optimize results and ROI.
- Stay ahead of global marketing trends and introduce innovative approaches to engage international audiences.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in senior marketing roles, preferably in education, e-commerce, or related industries.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing international marketing strategies.
- Advanced level of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Academic background in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
- International work or study experience.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Google Analytics).
- Highly strategic, proactive, and results-driven, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Available to start immediately under a service contract.
- Mandatory visit to company headquarters in Dubai at least once per year.
