Overview

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered designs for our digital platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting engaging interfaces and seamless user experiences—from conceptualization to final design—while collaborating with our development team to ensure designs are implemented effectively. Familiarity with React and Bootstrap is highly desirable to help bridge the gap between design and front-end development.

Responsibilities

• User Research & Strategy:
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
• Develop user personas, customer journey maps, and wireframes based on insights.
• Design & Prototyping:
• Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications for web and mobile platforms.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual design language and design system.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into engaging design solutions.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately using React and Bootstrap.
• Iteration & Improvement:
• Gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to refine design concepts continuously.
• Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility across all devices.

Requirements

• Experience:
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with an understanding of how design translates into code.
• Familiarity with React and Bootstrap frameworks.
• Design Fundamentals:
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Communication:
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agile methodologies and iterative design processes.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
