Marketing Coordinator - Payer Implementation
We're seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support payer implementation projects. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage benefit configuration intake and review marketing collateral in Airtable
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate collateral configuration based on client specifications (SPECs)
- Review and version control templates based on content repository and client SPECs
- Maintain accurate records of marketing materials in a material tracker
- Audit materials for accuracy and implement edits as needed
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and communicate project progress to the team
Requirements:
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience creating marketing collateral (print and digital)
- Ability to quickly understand complex topics
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
- Payer experience preferred
Work Details:
- 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Central Time
