Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Virtual Position)
Cabral Wellness is building the future of personalized health—and we’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be instrumental in designing and managing the systems that power our new concierge-level coaching experience, ensuring every client feels supported, seen, and guided along their health journey.
Position Overview:
The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing strategies that improve customer retention and loyalty. This role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior, analytics and email/sms marketing, with a focus on increasing customer lifetime value. The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will work within the marketing team and cross-functionally to optimize retention programs and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Retention Strategy Development:
- Create and execute a comprehensive customer retention strategy that converts prospects into long term customers.
- Develop data-driven initiatives to improve customer engagement and increase customer lifetime value.
Customer Segmentation & Personalization:
- Leverage customer data to create segmented marketing campaigns aimed at improving retention across various customer cohorts.
- Leverage data and insights to personalize communication based on source of acquisition & customer behavior
Lifecycle Marketing Campaigns:
- Oversee the strategy and execution of multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Manage the email & SMS calendar, ensuring the right mix of promotional, transactional, and educational messages to engage customers at every stage of their journey.
- Develop automated flows for onboarding, engagement, and win-back campaigns, testing and optimizing for maximum performance.
- Create A/B testing strategy for subject lines, content, offers, and frequency to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use data analytics and customer insights to identify key drivers of retention and areas for improvement.
- Present reports and insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, highlighting key trends, wins, and areas for improvement.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work cross-functionally to ensure cohesive and aligned retention strategies.
- Stay on top of best practices in retention marketing and ecommerce trends, ensuring we remain competitive and innovative.
Budget & Vendor Management:
- Manage retention budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to high-impact initiatives
- Partner with external vendors to ensure best practices are followed and performance is optimized.
Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, with a focus on lifecycle marketing & customer retention.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Postscript/Twilio and/or Klaviyo (or similar platforms) for email & sms automation
- Proven track record of developing and scaling customer lifecycle programs & strategies that drive measurable results.
Skills:
- Expertise in email & sms marketing, including segmentation, automation, and campaign optimization.
- Exceptional data analysis skills, with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization platforms.
- Strong communication and direct marketing writing skills with a customer-first approach.
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze customer behaviors, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive strategy.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and also pay attention to detail to execute with excellence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
