Email Marketing Specialist, 100% Remote
About the Role
We are a lead generation company in the moving industry, helping moving companies grow through high-intent consumer leads.
We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our email marketing channel. This person will be responsible for building, testing, and optimizing email campaigns that improve lead nurturing, customer engagement, conversion, and revenue. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands performance marketing, writes strong English copy, and knows how to use email as a revenue channel rather than just a communication tool.
You will work closely with leadership and marketing to create campaigns that support new customer acquisition.
What You'll Own
- Own the email marketing channel end to end
- Build and optimize email campaigns, automations, and nurture sequences
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, offers, calls to action, send times, and audience segments
- Create and improve lead nurture, re-engagement, upsell, and retention flows
- Segment audiences based on behavior, lifecycle stage, intent, and customer type
- Write and edit clear, persuasive English email copy
- Improve key performance metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, and revenue per send
- Monitor deliverability, list health, domain reputation, suppression rules, and engagement quality
- Collaborate with sales and account managers so email campaigns support the sales cycle and customer onboarding
- Report on results weekly and recommend ongoing improvements based on data

Requirements
- 5+ hands on experience in email marketing (outbound, lifecycle marketing)
- Direct experience executing (not just overseeing) email marketing campaigns
- Experience with B2B audiences
- Strong understanding of deliverability, segmentation, and channel tradeoffs
- Familiar with ESP (e-mail service provider) platforms and how to effectively use workflows/transactions
- Strong English writing and verbal communication skills
- Experience running A/B tests and making decisions based on performance data
- Experience with segmentation, automation, and campaign reporting
- Comfortable owning KPIs and improving performance over time
- Strong understanding of lead generation or performance marketing
- Able to collaborate during U.S. business hours or with strong overlap
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to own the channel without heavy day-to-day oversight
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in lead generation, local services, home services, or similar high-volume marketing environments
- Familiarity with sales-driven funnels and CRM workflows
- Knowledge of deliverability best practices
- Experience with customer reactivation, upsell, and retention campaigns
