Role Overview

We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in crafting exceptional AI-native experiences for cutting-edge AI products and enterprise systems. You'll work at the intersection of design and artificial intelligence, creating interfaces that make complex AI capabilities intuitive, accessible, and delightful for users.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Native Design

• Design conversational interfaces, intelligent agents, and AI-powered product experiences that feel natural and intuitive
• Create UI/UX solutions for complex AI systems including machine learning models, data visualization, and predictive interfaces
• Develop design patterns specific to AI interactions such as prompt engineering interfaces, AI assistants, and automated workflows

Enterprise & Product Design

• Design scalable enterprise AI platforms that drive user adoption and operational transformation
• Create end-to-end user experiences from initial concept through production-ready deliverables
• Build design systems and component libraries that maintain consistency across AI products

User Research & Strategy

• Conduct user research to understand how users interact with AI-powered systems
• Translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly experiences
• Design for diverse user personas from technical teams to end-users with varying AI literacy

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with product managers, AI engineers, and brand strategists to deliver cohesive experiences
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs
• Participate in rapid prototyping and iterative design processes
• Present and articulate design decisions to clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products (SaaS, enterprise software, or AI products preferred)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user interface design, interaction design, and user experience
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Experience creating design systems and maintaining design consistency at scale
• Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, color, layout, and interaction details

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for AI/ML products, conversational interfaces, or intelligent systems
• Understanding of AI/LLM interactions and how users engage with AI-powered features
• Experience with enterprise software design and B2B product experiences
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
• Familiarity with frontend development (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to understand implementation constraints
• Experience working in fast-paced startup or agency environments
• Background in prototyping tools like Framer, ProtoPie, or Principle
