EPPC Albania is hiring a Marketing Operational Specialist, as part of its outsourcing services team supporting Dompé Albania client.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Execution:
- Provide operational support in the implementation of global marketing campaigns;
- Monitor timelines and ensure timely delivery of all materials and activities
Promotional Materials Management:
- Manage production, ordering, and distribution of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, digital assets, POS materials, promotional items, etc.);
- Track inventory levels and oversee logistics
Supplier and Stakeholder Coordination:
- Act as operational point of contact with creative agencies, media agencies, and suppliers
- Follow up on requests and deliverables to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met
Briefing and Agency Support:
- Support the preparation of operational briefs
- Monitor agency deliverables under internal guidance
Administrative and Operational Management
Regular update and maintenance of:
- marketing calendars;
- project tracking tools;
- purchase orders (POs);
- budget tracking files
Events and Marketing Activities:
- Provide logistical and administrative support for marketing events (e.g., trade fairs, product launches, internal events);
- Coordinate vendors and materials
- Provide on-site support when required
Quality and Compliance:
- Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines
- Manage submission through internal approval workflows
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Liaise with digital and product marketing teams
- Support operational execution of integrated marketing initiatives
Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Collect and organize marketing data
- Support tracking of marketing performance
- Provide regular updates to the Marketing Operational Coordinator
Expected Deliverables:
- Marketing materials produced and delivered according to plan
- Periodic activity status reports Up-to-date tracking files and documentation
- Documented support for campaigns and events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus);
- 2 - 4 years of experience in marketing operations or similar roles;
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with project managementtools is a plus;
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are considered an asset;
- Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset
