We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing online communities, increasing brand awareness, and driving audience engagement that supports business growth.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content including posts, videos, reels, stories, graphics, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop and manage social media content calendars to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, website traffic, and conversions.
• Engage with followers, customers, and online communities by responding to comments, messages, and reviews professionally and promptly.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
• Conduct social listening and monitor brand reputation, customer sentiment, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, content, product, sales, and external partners to support integrated campaigns and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for audience growth, influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and community engagement.
• Manage social media tools, scheduling platforms, analytics dashboards, and content management systems.
• Stay updated on platform updates, algorithm changes, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices.
✅ Requirements
• Experience in social media management, digital marketing, communications, public relations, content marketing, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, audience engagement strategies, content creation, and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, communication, and content development skills.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Later, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with paid social media advertising, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
