We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with hybrid expertise in UX and visual design to join our team supporting one of EPAM’s largest accounts. The position will be temporary, working full-time hours until the end of the year, with potential to extend. You will help build innovative AI tools for B2B customers, ensuring exceptional user experiences while collaborating with a global team.

Responsibilities

Design user-centered, visually compelling, and functional product experiences for enterprise platforms
Translate user needs and business requirements into high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
Partner with stakeholders to gather, refine, and define cross-functional requirements
Present design concepts and advocate for decisions based on user insights and business goals
Collaborate with product, engineering, and other teams in a fast-paced agile environment
Ensure adherence to accessibility standards and design system guidelines
Rapidly prototype and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback
Contribute to the growth and evolution of design systems to support scalability and brand consistency

Requirements

5+ years of experience in UX and visual design, ideally within enterprise or AI-driven product environments
Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and visual design with attention to detail
Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools
Experience collaborating with stakeholders, managing requirements, and presenting design rationale
Knowledge of accessibility standards and scalable design systems
Ability to work effectively in a distributed global team and fast-paced agile environment
Data-driven design mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills

This posting includes a good base salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate.
