We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team and drive the development of visually stunning, motion-rich digital experiences.

This role is perfect for someone with a passion for storytelling through design, who is ready to innovate and deliver impactful solutions in collaboration with clients and teammates.

Responsibilities

Design animated UI interactions and video-driven user experiences that captivate users
Create motion design components such as transitions, animations, and micro-interactions using tools like After Effects, Lottie, or Principle
Incorporate video elements into applications to heighten storytelling and user engagement
Transform static designs into polished, high-fidelity prototypes featuring motion and interactivity
Drive the complete design process, from discovery and wireframing to prototyping, testing, and finalized visuals
Partner closely with clients to interpret their vision, present innovative concepts, and refine designs collaboratively
Take ownership of UX/UI design for individual projects, effectively managing tasks and timelines with minimal oversight

Requirements

4+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a focus on motion, demonstrated by a robust portfolio of animations, transitions, and video-integrated work
Background in motion and video integration, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Lottie, Figma, and/or Principle
Skills in crafting dynamic, interactive interfaces emphasizing usability and storytelling
Expertise in full-stack UX/UI design workflows, including the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and final visuals
Qualifications in visual design, capable of delivering pixel-perfect designs that balance form and function
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage with clients and foster successful collaboration
Flexibility to adjust schedules to include overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST), requiring 1-2 hours of evening availability
