In this role, you will collaborate across disciplines, champion usability, and bring strategic thinking to every stage of the product development lifecycle, creating exceptional experiences that meet both business goals and user needs.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and process experts to guide UX activities from discovery to delivery
Define and execute qualitative UX research to uncover user insights
Translate business requirements and user needs into impactful design concepts and prototypes that balance technical feasibility
Prepare final design specifications and handovers for development teams while adhering to project timelines
Develop detailed user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Mural
Conduct usability tests and iterate based on findings to refine designs
Maintain product interdependencies and ensure consistent UX/UI design across related product families and user journeys
Advocate for human-centered design practices and usability within teams and stakeholder collaborations

Requirements

3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in a B2B environment
Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma combined with collaboration tools like Mural or Miro
Profound understanding of Design Thinking methodologies and their practical application
Experience working with design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency at scale
Knowledge of SAP Fiori Guidelines & UI5 technology
Proven background working in cross-functional, agile teams
Capability to collaborate closely with developers to align designs with technical feasibility and support implementation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English paired with strong teamwork capabilities
