Senior UX Designer (contract role)

We are seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to work with our clients on a consolidated UI and data platform. This role involves collaborating with domain experts to create actionable metrics, scorecards, dashboards, and recommendations, with a focus on delivering the best possible user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design for the UI platform through an end-to-end product design process, encompassing discovery, execution, and impact measurement
• Develop a deep understanding of our users and their needs through comprehensive research, experimentation, workshops, and visualization
• Conduct workshops with designers, engineers, and customers to define project scope and identify effective solutions
• Simplify and streamline complex engineering concepts, bringing order to technical challenges
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer or Product Designer
• 3+ years of experience in data visualization, dashboarding, analytics, or reporting, ideally in a B2B product setting
• Strong research knowledge, with the ability to define and conduct user research and utilize existing research findings
• Strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration abilities, with a flexible and friendly approach to teamwork
• Ability to communicate design at different levels of fidelity, from paper sketches to final pixel-perfect designs
• Experience in prototyping designs
