We are looking for a creative and dynamic Senior UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive and visually compelling designs for key software solutions that enable the seamless movement of goods in supply chains.

This position requires taking ownership as the lead designer while partnering with clients to understand and transform their needs into innovative visual solutions. Animation and video creation skills are crucial for this role.

Responsibilities

Work closely with clients to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective designs
Develop user-focused interfaces that align with corporate goals and functional objectives
Create and refine workflows and user journeys for new applications while improving existing designs
Maintain consistency in design systems, visual quality, and pixel-perfect deliverables
Incorporate animations and videos to elevate user experiences
Build prototypes and wireframes to communicate and refine designs throughout agile iterations
Partner with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to integrate designs seamlessly into projects
Address usability and accessibility challenges using insights from client feedback and testing
Adapt effectively to changes in requirements or scope without compromising quality
Prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines consistently
Promote best practices and introduce design innovations to enhance project outcomes

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, including leading projects independently
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
Expertise in animation and video creation using tools such as After Effects or comparable platforms
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to facilitate collaboration with developers
Background in designing user flows, prototyping, and storytelling for complex applications
Knowledge of usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles
Capability to balance user needs with business goals in high-pressure situations
Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design expertise and animation/video projects

Nice to have

Familiarity with designing interfaces for supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software
Understanding of data visualization methodologies
Proficiency in cross-platform and mobile UI/UX design
