We are seeking an experienced Senior UI Designer to join our team and lead the creation of high-impact, scalable, and accessible interface designs for data-driven and transactional platforms in e-commerce or finance.

This role will focus on precision in UI design, ensuring consistency across complex systems while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Craft and document modular UI components aligned with established design systems
Ensure flawless developer handoff through detailed specifications, token usage, and state definitions
Partner with engineering teams for effective implementation, design QA, and unified system alignment
Apply UX/UI expertise to dashboards, forms, transactions, and workflow structures
Use AI tools to streamline prototyping and generate UI variants efficiently
Maintain consistency and accessibility standards (WCAG) across responsive designs
Enhance existing design systems through audits and iterative refinements

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a UI designer, with a focus on system-heavy platforms
Proficiency in Figma, including tokens, version control, and component architecture
Competency with tools like Storybook, Zeroheight, or Tailwind UI for developer collaboration
Background in designing for platforms in e-commerce, financial services, or transactional services
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles
Showcase of previous work demonstrating scalable UI design for data-heavy products
Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

Nice to have

Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for accelerated prototyping
Background in improving or migrating design systems
