Senior Software Engineer (Swift)

Join our team as a Senior Software Engineer (Swift) to drive financial operations by designing and overseeing SWIFT infrastructure. In this senior capacity, you will provide expertise in SWIFT-related technical flows, guide business process automation and coordinate implementations with cross-functional and third-party teams. Responsibilities

• Oversee SWIFT infrastructure design and review architecture blueprints with cross-functional teams
• Act as the main point of contact for third-party SWIFT technical teams and coordinate implementation planning
• Guide and review business process modeling and automation with business owners and vendors
• Translate business requirements to technical teams and ensure alignment in process automation
• Review and develop test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Provide subject matter expertise and arbitration between internal and external teams
• Advise on best practices for SWIFT implementation and ensure compliance with security standards
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure resource availability and project success

Requirements

• Experience in financial services, with technical business lead or system integration background
• Strong knowledge of SWIFT products, services and applications including Alliance Gateway, SWIFTNet, FIN and ISO 20022
• Expertise in payments and securities messaging flows
• Familiarity with SWIFT Customer Security Program (CSP) and related controls
• Experience in business process modeling and automation
• Understanding of IT technology stack in medium to large-scale implementations
• Excellent communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills
