We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer (PHP) to join the team for a list of projects to incrementally add feature enhancements to our promotion system. You'll make an impact at every level of society by empowering innovators, creative thinkers, entrepreneurs, and business owners around the world to be successful at each stage of their business growth.

Responsibilities

Build a robust e-commerce platform that enables our customers to grow their businesses and our technology partners to build integrations and enhancements on top of our APIs
Ensure backward compatibility and smooth transitions during system updates
Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business teams to deliver robust solutions
Contribute to a culture of iterative improvement, code quality, and knowledge sharing
Refactor, maintain a high-quality codebase and facilitate change management to ensure backward compatibility and smooth transition

Requirements

4+ years of PHP development experience, with a strong product background
Solid understanding of modern programming and design principles
Passion for technology-agnostic problem-solving (right tool for the job) without being biased
Leadership mindset — takes ownership, mentors peers, and thrives in a collaborative environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
