In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive, technically feasible designs. With expertise in UX design, SAP Fiori Guidelines, and design thinking, you'll drive usability and interface consistency across our clients’ products. Responsibilities

Align with product managers, business stakeholders, and process experts on UX activities from discovery to delivery
Plan, execute, and present qualitative UX research activities
Translate business requirements and user needs into design concepts and prototypes considering technical feasibility
Prepare final design specs and handovers to development teams within the project timeline
Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, and prototypes using tools like Figma and Mural
Conduct usability testing and iterate on findings
Oversee product interdependencies and ensure UX/UI consistency within the product family and across user journeys
Advocate for human-centered design practices and usability in collaboration with stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant design field
Profound understanding of Design Thinking process
Proficiency in prototyping tools like Figma and collaboration tools like Mural or Miro
Experience working with design systems and guidelines
Knowledge of SAP Fiori Guidelines & UI5 technology
Experience working in cross-functional and agile delivery teams
Experience collaborating closely with developers to align on technical feasibility of UX design concepts and support implementation
Strong communication and collaboration skills: team player with a supportive, open-minded attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
