Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end UX design process from sketches and user flows to high-fidelity prototypes and developer handover
- Apply SAP Design-Led Development methodology and facilitate design discovery with product managers, developers, and end users
- Conduct user research including interviews, contextual inquiries, and validation sessions with UX researchers
- Design user interfaces in line with SAP Fiori Design Guidelines while critically assessing limitations
- Create detailed UX specifications, prototypes, and handover assets using Figma or similar tools
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency in final implementation
- Support design QA, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback and user behavior analytics
- Provide UX consulting and design support throughout the delivery phase
- Contribute to building design systems or component libraries as applicable
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI/Interaction Design for enterprise software
- Proven experience with SAP Fiori UX design
- Strong proficiency in Figma and similar prototyping tools
- Experience designing for SAP UI5 and/or SAP Web Components for React
- Experience with ERP or business process scenarios such as logistics, finance, or supply chain
- Experience designing responsive mobile and desktop business applications
- Empathy and understanding of business users’ real-world workflows
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with developers, product owners, and end users
- Attention to UX consistency and accessibility standards
- Adaptability to varying business contexts and cross-functional agile team environments
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
