We are looking for an experienced Mobile Developer to join our team and create a clean, efficient, and user-friendly experience for users across iOS and Android devices using React Native.

Responsibilities

Develop mobile app features using React Native for iOS and Android platforms
Implement functionalities such as offline document access, multilingual interfaces, and push notifications
Collaborate with the Lead Mobile Developer, UI/UX Designer, and Business Analyst to ensure project deliverables align with product goals
Consume and integrate RESTful APIs and document storage backends for scalable data interactions
Write high-quality code and ensure robust unit and integration testing
Participate in team activities such as code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups
Ensure performance optimization and maintain platform consistency
Support deployment processes, app submission, and store compliance

Requirements

5+ years of experience in React Native and cross-platform mobile development
Expertise in mobile UI/UX design patterns, responsive layouts, and accessibility considerations
Background in offline-first development, including caching, local storage, or document viewer implementation
Knowledge of multilingual UI components, notifications, and app permissions
Proficiency in Git workflows, agile methodologies, and collaborative tools
Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities

Nice to have

Skills in document-centric application development, including PDF handling and annotations
Understanding of offline-first architecture and strategies for data synchronization
Familiarity with digital solutions for public sector or non-profit initiatives
Capability to navigate and manage App Store or Google Play submission procedures
