Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to deliver high-impact designs
Present and articulate design concepts effectively to engineering and team members to ensure alignment and feasibility
Design intuitive and scalable solutions for SaaS applications that align with customer needs and business goals
Develop product flows and user journeys that demonstrate robust end-to-end experiences
Actively participate in discussions, working backward from customer problems to design solutions that make sense both visually and technically
Create designs that remain mindful of technical constraints, ensuring feasibility from a development and performance perspective
Utilize tools such as Figma to craft high-quality design deliverables, wireframes, prototypes, and system-level design components
Maintain Jira and Confluence documentation to communicate design direction, rationale, and progress

Requirements

Senior-level professional with proven experience working in cross-functional teams and presenting designs to engineering team members
Proactive self-starter who integrates well into diverse teams and workflows
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience designing for SaaS applications
Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Jira, and Confluence
Technical understanding of development constraints, performance considerations, and engineering feasibility for design implementation
Ability to design in systems, focusing on comprehending and enhancing end-to-end product flows rather than isolated UI or visual design
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and work backward from customer pain points
