We are seeking a talented and driven Senior UX Designer to join our team, combining exceptional UX and visual design expertise to create impactful, user-centered digital experiences.

As a key contributor, you will collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, manage your own workflows, and ensure high-quality execution of design deliverables.

Responsibilities

Create prototypes, visual concepts, and developer-ready Figma files in alignment with requirements
Work extensively within and maintain a Design Library/Design System using Figma
Communicate complex ideas effectively to internal teams, stakeholders, and clients
Collaborate with EPAM Design Directors and senior team members to achieve project goals
Partner with Business Analysts and Developers to address technical and business constraints
Engage directly with client engineers and third-party development teams as needed
Execute production design tasks for prototyping and engineering handoffs
Ensure designs adhere to sprint cadence, delivering iterations for new or ongoing projects
Reach out proactively to clients or team members for clarity or alignment when required
Contribute to cross-team collaborations to foster seamless communication across disciplines
Manage personal workstreams efficiently while adapting to project requirements

Requirements

3+ years of experience in UX/Visual Design, demonstrating a hybrid skill set
Proficiency in Figma for prototyping, design execution, and maintaining design systems
Expertise in managing Design Libraries or Design Systems
Adept at cross-team collaboration with stakeholders, developers, and engineers
Background in working directly with clients, internal teams, and external partners
Capability to align designs with technical constraints and business requirements
Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (B2+)

Nice to have

Familiarity with working in Agile sprint environments
Showcase of experience designing for complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Understanding of accessibility principles in UX and visual design
