We are looking for a skilled Senior Data Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in building robust data systems using the Palantir Foundry platform.

You will work on large-scale data pipelines, front-end applications, and advanced dashboards, enabling users to derive valuable insights from data.

Responsibilities

Design and implement efficient data ingestion strategies using the Palantir Foundry platform
Build and optimize large-scale data pipelines utilizing PySpark
Develop and maintain data transformations for hundreds of interconnected datasets
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet data integration requirements
Create user-facing front-end applications with Foundry Workshop UI builder framework
Build and enhance dashboards using Foundry Contour to provide actionable insights
Ensure code quality through regular reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in data pipelines and applications
Monitor and improve the performance and scalability of pipelines and applications
Document workflows, data architecture, and project progress effectively
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members in best practices and technical development

Requirements

5+ years of experience with PySpark, Apache Spark, and Python
Background in developing and optimizing large data pipelines
Skills in building and maintaining front-end applications using UI frameworks such as Foundry Workshop
Familiarity with creating dashboards on Foundry Contour
Proficiency in Linux combined with experience working on cloud platforms such as AWS
Knowledge of the Palantir Foundry platform or willingness to learn

Nice to have

Experience with Palantir Platform, showcasing prior project work
Understanding of cloud-native architecture in AWS environments
Capability to troubleshoot and enhance Linux-based environments for data applications
