We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Product Owner to oversee a large-scale Salesforce implementation project, while driving business value and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and client engagement skills, backed by extensive experience in Salesforce or similar CRM systems. In this role, you will provide strategic direction, optimize end-to-end business processes, and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions that align with stakeholder and organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the strategic product vision, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and long-term priorities
- Oversee and reprioritize the product backlog, balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders with business objectives
- Engage with executive-level stakeholders and business leaders to identify opportunities for transformation and value creation
- Facilitate cross-organizational collaboration, ensuring alignment between business, product, and technical teams regarding strategic initiatives
- Lead business process redesign efforts in collaboration with technical architects, maximizing the value of Salesforce features and functionality
- Direct the creation and execution of a multi-phase implementation roadmap, with a focus on scalability, long-term growth, and future enhancements
- Ensure the architecture aligns with organizational standards for non-functional requirements, security, and integration landscape
- Oversee and approve key design decisions, guiding functional teams to maintain quality and consistency across deliverables
- Communicate progress, risks, and strategic milestones to stakeholders through regular updates and executive reporting
- Develop metrics and KPIs to assess the impact of delivered solutions on business operations and outcomes
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects remain within scope, budget, and timeline
- Serve as the primary escalation point for resolving conflicts or challenges across cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Promote knowledge-sharing and drive adoption of new Salesforce features and capabilities across the organization
Requirements
- Background in product management and product ownership with 8+ years of IT experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record coordinating large-scale engagements with teams of 20+ FTEs across multiple locations
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Primary Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud), with exposure to additional Salesforce products being advantageous
- Strong knowledge of business process redesign, enterprise process modeling, and optimizations for large-scale organizations
- Proficiency in developing strategies for non-functional requirements and integration in complex enterprise environments
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, including executive-level engagement and conflict resolution
- Demonstrated ability to drive alignment between technical teams and high-level business strategies
- Solid understanding of solution architecture and the ability to define a future vision for organizational digital transformation initiatives
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, at a C1 level or higher
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with enterprise Agile management tools like Rally Software to support scaled initiatives
- Prior involvement in leading large-scale programs using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar methodologies
- Experience managing enterprise CRM ecosystems, including multiple CRM platforms or third-party integrations
