Lead UX/UI Designer

You’ll closely collaborate with international cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support them through digital transformation, new product launches, and turning visionary ideas into production-level outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with stakeholders and managers worldwide, gathering requirements and building strong relationships
• Conduct just enough user research to ensure our solutions are backed by data and insights, only when necessary. Sometimes, you'll need to convince stakeholders to start with research; other times, you'll need to explain why it's better not to
• Iterate on ideas by identifying their potential, eliminating unnecessary aspects, and refining the best concepts to the highest quality
• Identify potential business value for the client. Present ideas and design proposals directly to customer representatives with confidence, advocating for new initiatives
• Contribute to both the User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) of our products, ensuring high-quality design deliverables
• Collaborate closely with developers to seamlessly integrate your design process into the software development lifecycle
• Participate in internal and external community events and conferences — both as a listener and speaker — to share knowledge and contribute to team growth and success

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX Design
• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
• Strong portfolio that clearly showcases your experience and the tangible impact you've made on products
• Proven ability to effectively gather requirements, not just through kick-off meetings but by planning and executing comprehensive Discovery phases that actively involve all stakeholders in shaping the concept
• Ability to present concepts, design proposals, and progress to stakeholders, adeptly gathering input and influencing decision-making processes
• Mindset focused on user flows, not just individual screens. Skills in identifying user journeys and enhancing them through robust research methods
• Ability to explain complex concepts with ease, utilizing various tools like user flows, micro-frames, wireframes, or interactive prototypes
• Ability to work with data, understand it, and make effective decisions
• A knack for developing consistent UI designs that provide seamless and intuitive communication between users and products
• Experience in building and supporting Design Systems, collaborating closely with developers to create a reliable single source of truth powered by all needed documentation
• Ability to partner with teams across product, engineering, and marketing to ensure design aligns with business goals and user needs
• English level B2 or higher to support productive communication and reduce misalignments with global customers

Nice to have

• Experience experimenting with motion UI concepts to introduce fluid and dynamic interactions where applicable
• Understanding and deploying AI tools or methodologies to enhance design effectiveness
• Experience in building AI-based user experiences, such as co-pilots or AI-powered flows
