We are seeking a highly creative and results-oriented Lead UX/UI Designer to guide the design vision and execution of innovative, user-centered digital experiences.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze requirements while fostering relationships with stakeholders and managers across international teams
Conduct selective and strategic research to validate design decisions, balancing data-driven insights with practical constraints
Explore, refine, and iterate on concepts to identify standout solutions and achieve the highest design quality
Advocate business value through insightful presentations to client representatives and stakeholders, pushing impactful ideas forward
Contribute to both UX and UI aspects, ensuring seamless integration and stellar design deliverables across projects
Collaborate effectively with developers to integrate design processes smoothly into development cycles
Engage in industry events and team knowledge-sharing platforms to inspire innovation and collective growth
Identify and enhance user journeys through precise flows and relevant research methods

Requirements

7+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, showcasing expertise in user experience and user interface concepts
Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful end-to-end design processes and tangible product value solutions
Knowledge of Discovery phases involving stakeholder collaboration to shape effective concepts through collective input
Capability to create clear and strategic design presentations that drive decision-making processes
Proficiency in crafting user flows, wireframes, micro-frames, and interactive prototypes to communicate complex ideas
Competency in working with data to validate user interactions and support decision-making effectively
Background in developing Design Systems with cohesive collaboration between designers and developers
Familiarity with creating consistent UI designs that enhance intuitive user-product interaction
English level B2 or higher for clear communication with global stakeholders

Nice to have

Familiarity with motion UI concepts to incorporate fluid and dynamic user interactions
Understanding AI tools/methodologies to enhance design impact and efficiency
Background in creating AI-powered user experiences, including co-pilot flows or predictive systems
