We are looking for a Lead UX Designer with strong problem-solving abilities, systems thinking that helps define UX strategies that connect user journeys across contexts, business goals, user needs, and technical constraints (or enablement).
In this role, you will work across a range of cross-industry projects, from concept to execution, collaborating closely with clients, creatives, delivery managers and developers. You will be able to communicate your UX solutions and concepts to clients through great storytelling, research and business understanding. Your interaction design and visual literacy, understanding of global design standards, and commitment to user-centered design will make all the difference for the brands we work for.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders, managers, and development teams worldwide to gather requirements, build strong relationships, and align on goals
- Take part in user research when needed, with a strong pool of research techniques (Conducting user research using data and insights to support design decisions is considered a valuable extra skill)
- Create and refine design concepts, present them effectively, and invest in proof-of-concepts (PoCs)
- Contribute to both the User Experience (UX) of our products and the delightful User Interface (UI)
- Ensure smooth and detailed handoffs to developers to guarantee precise implementation and maintain design quality
- Build and contribute to design systems as a single source of truth, supported by complete documentation
- Create prototypes, user flows, wireframes, and interactive mockups to communicate design ideas effectively
- Mentor junior designers by providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative environment
- Participate in internal and external community events and conferences, both as a listener and a speaker
- Explore and experiment with AI tools and motion UI concepts to enhance design quality and interactivity
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in design (agency or enterprise), with a portfolio that clearly demonstrates your process, impact, and final outcomes — not just isolated screens
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio that showcases your experience and the tangible results you’ve achieved (Please note: shared folders with only isolated screens are not sufficient; we’re looking for a complete view of your design process and outcomes)
- Design Thinking: A mindset focused on user flows, not just individual screens. Skilled in identifying user journeys and enhancing them through solid research methods
- Research Skills: Capable of gathering requirements beyond kickoff meetings — through discovery, user research, and data analysis
- Communication Skills: Able to present concepts, design solutions, and progress to stakeholders, gathering input and influencing decisions effectively
- Tools: Advanced skills in Figma, plus knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools)
- Collaboration: Ability to work closely with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams while managing expectations
- Self-Management: Strong organizational skills to deliver projects independently in a fast-paced environment
- Language Skills: English B2+ (fluent enough to minimize misalignment with global clients)

- Experience in planning and facilitating customer workshops

- Practical experience creating AI-powered user experiences (e.g., co-pilots, AI-driven flows)
