Responsibilities

Define strategy and storytelling by simplifying complex ideas and UX concepts into compelling narratives with strategic insight, research, data, and business acumen
Lead systems thinking processes, bridging user journeys, information architecture, and ecosystem interconnections
Facilitate client workshops with an ability to design, host, and moderate collaborative sessions
Establish and uphold high-quality UX design standards for web, mobile applications, and immersive interactions
Manage stakeholders by aligning client expectations, presenting compelling design concepts, gathering feedback, and iterating on designs
Explore and integrate AI tools into the design workflow for enhanced results
Develop and maintain robust design systems ensuring uniformity across all elements and deliverables
Build interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams, including visual designers, strategists, copywriters, and developers
Mentor junior designers by offering constructive critique and fostering skill development in a team environment

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Applied Arts, Visual Design, or a related discipline
5+ years of design experience, ideally within an agency, supported by a portfolio showcasing strong UX, product design, and conceptual design expertise
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, user-centric design methodologies, accessibility standards, and design systems
Background in interaction and visual design with empathy toward how visual aesthetics shape user experiences
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite (or comparable tools)
Capability to independently manage projects, adhere to deadlines, and work systematically in a high-pressure environment
Flexibility to adapt, offer solutions, and approach challenges with an open mind, emphasizing collective success above individual ego
Expertise in English, both written and spoken, to clearly convey complex ideas, strategic insights, and design reasoning
Understanding of the latest industry trends, with an emphasis on AI’s role in design and its evolving potential

Nice to have

Background in utilizing service design methodologies
Familiarity with client engagement and relationship-building
Keen interest in generative AI and its implications for design
Skills in complementary areas such as service design to enhance T-shaped professional capabilities
