For our team, we are looking for a UX Designer with strong problem-solving abilities, systems thinking that helps define UX strategies that connect user journeys across contexts, business goals, user needs, and technical constraints (or enablement). In this role, you will work across a range of cross-industry projects, from concept to execution, collaborating closely with clients, creatives, delivery managers and developers.
You will be able to communicate your UX strategy and concepts to clients through great storytelling, research and business understanding.
Your interaction design and visual literacy, understanding of global design standards, and commitment to user-centered design will make all the difference for the brands we work for.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders and managers worldwide to gather requirements, build strong relationships, and align on goals
- Plan and execute discovery phases, ensuring all stakeholders are actively involved in shaping concepts
- Conduct user research when needed, using data and insights to back design decisions
- Create and refine design concepts, iterating until they reach the highest quality
- Present ideas and design proposals to clients and stakeholders, gathering feedback and influencing decisions
- Design for both User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI), focusing on complete user journeys, not just individual screens
- Implement a transparent and structured design process to ensure clarity and consistency across the project
- Collaborate with developers to ensure precise implementation and maintain design quality
- Build and maintain design systems as a single source of truth, with complete documentation
- Partner with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to align design with business goals and user needs
- Support client workshops, help to turning complex ideas into clear narratives supported by research, strategy, and storytelling (facilitation and conducting stand out as a valuable extra skill)
- Create prototypes, user flows, wireframes, and interactive mockups to communicate design ideas effectively
- Mentor junior designers, giving constructive feedback and fostering collaboration
- Participate in industry events and conferences as a listener and/or speaker
- Explore and experiment with AI tools and motion UI concepts to enhance design quality and interactivity
Requirements
- Experience: 6+ years in design (agency or enterprise), with a portfolio that clearly shows your process, impact, and final outcomes — not just isolated screens
- UX/UI Expertise: Deep understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, design systems, and interaction patterns
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect the dots across user journeys, information architecture, and product ecosystems
- Research Skills: Capable of gathering requirements beyond kickoff meetings — through discovery, user research, and data analysis
- Communication Skills: Able to clearly present and explain complex concepts to clients and teams
- Tool Proficiency: Advanced Figma skills plus knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (or similar)
- Collaboration: Ability to work closely with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams while managing expectations
- Self-Management: Strong organizational skills to lead projects independently in a fast-paced environment
- Language Skills: English B2+ (fluent enough to reduce misalignment with global clients)
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, adaptable, collaborative, and open to new ideas (ego-free approach)
- Innovation: Awareness of AI trends and their application in design
Nice to have
- Experience with Service Design methodologies
- Strong client engagement skills
- Practical experience creating AI-powered user experiences (e.g., co-pilots, AI-driven flows)
- Interest in Generative AI and emerging tech
- Skills outside your core specialty that make you more T-shaped (e.g., strategy, coding, motion design)
