Responsibilities
- Lead the complete UX design process from initial sketches and user flows to polished prototypes and developer handoffs
- Implement SAP Design-Led Development principles and guide design discovery sessions with product managers, developers, and users
- Perform user research including interviews, contextual inquiries, and validation sessions alongside UX researchers
- Design user interfaces adhering to SAP Fiori Design Guidelines while evaluating potential constraints
- Develop comprehensive UX documentation, prototypes, and handover materials using Figma or equivalent tools
- Work with developers to confirm design feasibility and maintain consistency in the final product
- Oversee design quality assurance, usability testing, and refine designs based on feedback and user analytics
- Offer UX consulting and design assistance throughout the delivery stages
- Participate in developing design systems or component libraries when relevant
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI/Interaction Design for enterprise applications
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP Fiori UX design
- Proficiency in Figma and similar prototyping software
- Experience with SAP UI5 and/or SAP Web Components for React
- Background in ERP or business process domains like logistics, finance, or supply chain
- Capability to design responsive mobile and desktop business applications
- Empathy for business users’ actual workflows
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with developers, product owners, and end users
- Strong focus on UX consistency and accessibility compliance
- Flexibility to adapt to diverse business contexts and cross-functional agile teams
- English language proficiency at B2 level or above
