We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Designer to join our team and play a key role in crafting innovative and intuitive digital solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional designs that align with user needs and business goals. You will take the lead in shaping product experiences, utilizing your expertise in visual design and UX to create meaningful designs for a B2B financial services web-based platform.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop user-focused designs for financial services web platforms
- Create and refine responsive layouts to ensure seamless functionality across various screen sizes and devices
- Work extensively within the Shadcn design system, contributing to its development and maintaining design consistency across the product
- Conduct user research to gather insights and apply findings to enhance product design and user experience
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma to effectively communicate design concepts
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer
- At least one year of experience leading and managing design or development teams
- Advanced expertise in UX design with strong visual design skills
- Experience designing for web-based B2B financial services products
- Proficiency in creating responsive layouts optimized for various devices
- Extensive experience working with design systems, including contributing to Shadcn-based systems and improving less mature systems
- Expert-level knowledge of Figma and the ability to utilize its full range of features
- Comfortable refining and improving designs during later stages of the product design process
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2+ level or higher
