Responsibilities

Develop and prepare digital interaction concepts for gaming platforms (e.g., online casinos, game marketplaces), overseeing the creation of vibrant and eye-catching designs that capture user attention
Inspire and guide a team of creative designers, providing art direction, constructive feedback and mentorship
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective task prioritization and management
Motivate and foster professional growth within the design team
Review design concepts and mockups to ensure they meet project requirements and quality standards
Present design ideas to clients and stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into improvements
Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and functional
Continuously develop new design concepts and ideas to drive innovation within the team

Requirements

4+ years of industry experience with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design
Strong understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting and the challenges of real-time development
Leadership skills, especially in collaborating with designers and artists
Ability to make decisions based on data
Experience managing external resources and working with outsourcing studios
Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in fast-paced environment
B2+ written and spoken English

Nice to have

Background in managing design operations and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
Knowledge of user experience, visual design and creative design principles in gaming contexts
