We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Software Engineer with an architectural track and hands-on development expertise to join the Enterprise Applications team. This role will lead the design, development, modernization and support of multiple internal enterprise applications and platforms that enable critical business operations across the organization. The ideal candidate combines deep technical engineering capabilities with solution architecture experience, stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

Propose architecture, technical design and implementation of enterprise-grade internal applications and integrations
Design scalable and secure solutions leveraging Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS and modern web technologies
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams across multiple application initiatives
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners and enterprise architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Develop and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET, React, SPFx and cloud-native services
Architect and support SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataflows
Design and implement APIs, integrations and automation workflows across enterprise systems
Ensure solutions align with security, governance, compliance and operational standards
Drive modernization initiatives, CI/CD improvements, cloud adoption and platform optimization
Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide strategic guidance on application stability and performance
Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, technical estimation and release planning
Maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams and operational procedures

Requirements

7+ years of IT software engineering experience
Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET and .NET Core
Strong experience with SharePoint Online, SPFx and React
Skills in scripting and automation using PowerShell
Extensive expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI, as well as Dataflows
Experience developing and supporting Azure applications, web services and AWS-hosted applications and infrastructure
Proven background in designing enterprise application architectures and building scalable APIs and integration services
Understanding of cloud-native and distributed application patterns
Capability to lead technical design reviews and architectural governance while managing multiple enterprise applications simultaneously
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 application ecosystem, SFTP integration and file-based processing solutions
Knowledge of Azure Entra ID, identity and access management and AWS EKS
Competency in Agile delivery methodologies, Jira and Agile project tracking tools
Skills in basic database design and SQL along with strong analytical thinking and business engagement
English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Flexibility to use Power Automate Desktop and AWS Platform-as-a-Service solutions
Background in application monitoring and operational support
Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
Experience working within financial services or highly regulated environments
