We are seeking an accomplished Chief Visual Designer to join our team and take a leading role in creating impactful visual designs.
This position focuses on ensuring seamless transitions from product demos to value visualizations, integrating value tools, designing guided demos, and building training repositories. The ideal candidate will have a strong design foundation, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the transition process between product demos and value visualization tools
- Develop and implement value tools to effectively highlight product benefits
- Design guided demos to enhance user engagement and understanding
- Create and manage a comprehensive training repository for both internal and external audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with organizational goals
- Address creative challenges to deliver visually impactful solutions that meet both user and business objectives
- Stay current with emerging design trends and tools to continually enhance project outcomes
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional experience as a Visual Designer with a proven record of delivering exceptional designs
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading and managing design or development teams
- Participation in at least 2 full-cycle projects or involvement in multiple projects across various development phases
- Hands-on experience with Reprise for creating interactive demos and product tours
- Expertise in core design principles, including typography, layout, and color theory
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across projects
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into visually engaging and understandable designs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
- Fluent English skills, written and spoken, at a B1+ level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience in motion design and creating interactive prototypes to improve user interaction
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite for design and prototyping
- Knowledge of accessibility standards to deliver inclusive and user-friendly designs
