We are in search of a talented and accomplished Chief UX Designer to lead our UX design initiatives.
In this pivotal role, you will head a team focused on refining the user experience of our Salesforce support system. By applying your profound knowledge in UX design, you will create designs that are both intuitive and visually enticing, tailored to the unique requirements of our users.
Responsibilities
- Initiate UX design strategies for the project
- Cooperate with team members to grasp user needs and develop engaging, intuitive designs
- Improve the UX of the Salesforce support system through user feedback analysis and research
- Generate wireframes, construct prototypes, and design user interfaces to efficiently convey design ideas
- Work with developers and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of UX designs
- Oversee usability testing sessions, collect user input, and refine designs to boost user experience
- Stay updated on current UX design trends and industry standards
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in UX design or a similar domain
- 2+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Proven expertise in UX design supported by a solid portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma, UX prototyping, and wireframing
- Competency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce UI/UX
- Showcase of successful design processes
- Excellent skills in communication and collaboration
- Ability to effectively manage deadlines and work under pressure
- Strong abilities in problem-solving to meet user demands and improve the system
- Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level

- Experience in Design Systems
- Familiarity with User Interface Design
- Understanding of Salesforce beyond basic UX considerations
