We are looking for a Head of Marketing with experience working for a SAAS company to join one of our clients.

What are your responsibilities?
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy (digital, paid media, communications, creative) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Oversee the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
- Prepare, manage, and optimize monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team across various functions (content, paid media, brand, growth, automation).
- Establish clear marketing objectives, KPIs, and performance tracking to align with company goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
Product & Brand Marketing
- Work closely with the product team to ensure marketing strategies align with product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain and strengthen brand positioning across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and creative execution.
- Manage marketing initiatives across events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional materials.
Demand Generation & Sales Alignment
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads across different regions and segments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with account-based marketing (ABM) and sales enablement strategies.
Data-Driven Marketing & Analytics
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and customer personas to refine marketing strategies.
- Utilized marketing analytics tools to track performance, assess campaign effectiveness, and optimize tactics for growth.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
What are we looking for?
Experience & Skills:
- Experience working for a SaaS B2B company is a MUST.
- Strong expertise in marketing strategy, digital campaigns, and brand positioning in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Proficiency with HubSpot and ideally Webflow for CMS management.
- Experience in the energy sector is a plus.
- Ability to inspire, mentor, and lead marketing teams with a balance between a helicopter view (strategic oversight) and a hands-on mentality (execution-driven approach).
🎓 Education:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
