Job Description:
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong creative eye and at least 3 years of professional experience to join our team. You’ll be involved in the visual development of a wide range of healthcare and life sciences projects – including congresses, symposia, and other types of meetings; slide decks, podcasts and webinars; digital initiatives; as well as other projects and products managed by eoci. This role blends creative design with real-world impact, supporting materials that reach healthcare professionals across various platforms.
You’ll support our Senior Graphic Designer in developing compelling visuals, maintaining brand consistency, and contributing to the creative process from concept to final delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both print and digital design and stay current with evolving design trends. The role involves design execution, layout of various graphic assets, and implementing updates throughout the lifecycle of a project. They will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality results are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
This position can be hybrid (one or two days in office on Tuesdays and Thursdays) or fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer to create a wide range of visual assets that align with brand guidelines. Design and produce high-quality materials for both print and digital formats — including slide decks, event collateral, social media content, web graphics, and more
- Work closely with cross-functional teams — including Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and Medical Writers — to bring creative concepts to life and ensure assets are consistently updated as project messaging evolves
- Interpret creative briefs and contribute ideas that align with project goals
- Ensure visual consistency across materials and adherence to brand guidelines (both internal and client-facing)
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality
- Assist with the evolution and promotion of eoci’s brand identity and digital presence
- Support the formatting and updating of existing materials throughout the lifecycle of a project
- Problem-solve and contribute with a solution-oriented mindset
- Monitor project progress, anticipate potential challenges, and implement solutions to ensure smooth delivery
- Track and submit time spent on project-related work for accurate budget tracking

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools
- Portfolio showcasing a range of design work, both print and digital
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into visually compelling and cohesive designs
- Creative and innovative thinker with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Ability to work successfully and proactively in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and clients with competing deadlines and changing workload demands
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and time management skills
- Acts as a role model for team members by displaying a professional attitude
- Proficient with the Microsoft 365 Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Bright personality, positive attitude, team player, reliable, confident
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design
