The opportunity

We’re looking for a dynamic and visionary Global VP/Head of Marketing to lead our global marketing strategy and elevate our brand presence. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer and collaborating with Business Pillar Heads, you will shape our brand vision and drive high-impact marketing initiatives to fuel our ambitious growth plans.

In this strategic role, you will be passionate about driving brand awareness and market impact, responsible for promoting our products, services, and brand through multi-channel campaigns, digital marketing, events, and sales promotions. You will craft compelling messaging, optimize customer engagement, and oversee conference participation and brand merchandising, ensuring we reach the right audience with the right message.

Role responsibilities

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?

Develop and execute a compelling brand strategy, including positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity to enhance our market presence.
Collaborate across the relevant business areas to create impactful marketing campaigns across media, PR, social platforms, and influencer networks.
Oversee brand execution across all B2B and D2C channels, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision.
Define marketing objectives in partnership with the CCO and CEO, driving execution.
Identify key conferences, coordinate team participation, and secure speaking opportunities for company leaders.
Develop compelling sales materials, conference assets, and lead-generation tools to support business development.
Standardize and refine sales presentations, proposals, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Elevate our profile as an innovation-driven company, leveraging the founder’s vision and story.
Work closely with in-house design teams to drive fresh, innovative marketing concepts.
Partner with product teams to develop strategies for successful product launches.
Build strong internal relationships across multiple functions in a global organization.
Develop a high-performing marketing team, staying ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.
Analyze industry research and insights to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Build and nurture relationships with key external stakeholders and marketing partners.
Track marketing KPIs to continuously enhance brand reach, awareness, and sales conversion.

Do you have what we are looking for?

Skills & expertise

Bachelor’s degree required, with 15+ years in marketing and communications, including at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience in a marketing or brand marketing role, ideally within a founder-led business.
Strong track record of delivering successful global marketing strategies in a consumer-focused business.
Experience managing both in-house marketing teams and external agency partners.
Deep industry knowledge and enthusiasm for building impactful marketing campaigns.
