Graphic Design Specialist

Role Description The Graphic Designer role at Envision is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves creating visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, brochures, and promotional campaigns. The Graphic Designer will develop and maintain brand identity, design logos and visual elements, and ensure consistent use of typography and layout across all materials. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with counselors and marketing team members to interpret project requirements, preparing design concepts, iterating based on feedback, and delivering final artwork aligned with Envision’s brand standards. The role may also involve supporting website visuals, event collateral, and other creative initiatives to enhance student engagement and brand recognition.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual content.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Proficiency in Typography and layout design for digital and print materials.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools).
• Ability to translate complex ideas into simple visual concepts tailored to student and parent audiences.
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; prior experience in education or consulting sectors is an advantage.
