The Growth Marketing Manager, Lifecycle will join our women-led company as a key member of our growing Growth & Marketing team. You’ll be surrounded by a driven, collaborative, creative group who are deeply attuned to what women founders need to thrive. We’re looking for a performance-focused marketer with strong copywriting skills, a knack for customer journeys, and a strategic mindset. You’ll take the lead on building and optimizing the marketing funnels that turn curious leads into loyal members and customers. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and analytical: someone who can map a flow, write the emails, and dig into the data to make it better.

Responsibilities:
Building, scheduling, and maintaining campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo & ManyChat, including:
Managing weekly and monthly newsletter sends, with a focus on engagement, segmentation, and conversion outcomes
Developing and optimizing automated email flows (welcome, nurture, cart abandonment, upsell, winback) to convert leads and maximize revenue
Planning and launching new campaigns and acquisition funnels end-to-end, from opt-in asset to email nurture to conversion, including:
Writing and building lead magnets (e.g. templates, checklists, quizzes) that align with business goals and speak directly to audience pain points
Writing high-performing landing pages and sales pages that drive opt-ins, purchases, and membership conversions
Strategizing and optimizing product-specific landing pages, ensuring message-market fit, compelling offers, and frictionless user flow
Collaborating with the Growth team on overall campaign strategy, timeline planning, and funnel performance goals, including:
Contributing to campaign briefs and funnel architecture, ensuring alignment across paid and lifecycle channels
Providing strategic input on messaging, targeting, sequencing, and conversion paths across the funnel
Partnering on launch timelines to ensure coordinated execution across email, landing pages, and lead capture assets
Recommending A/B tests or new funnel experiments to improve conversion rates, engagement, and ROI
Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance (CVRs, CTRs, open rates, AOV, LTV), and implementing data-informed tests and optimizations to improve outcomes
Collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, and partnerships teams to align on campaign launches, funnel needs, and conversion goals
Maintaining a pulse on audience behavior and performance trends to propose new experiments, assets, or flow improvements
This role is not responsible for organic social content, blog/article writing, or top-of-funnel brand awareness content. You’ll work closely with those teams but focus exclusively on the marketing systems and campaigns that generate and convert leads.
