Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for client and internal use, ensuring brand and narrative consistency.
• Develop and refine graphics, infographics, and visual assets for presentations, reports, social media, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, editorial, and executive teams to translate scientific and technical content into accessible, engaging visuals.
• Apply brand guidelines across a variety of client projects; assist with template development and maintenance.
• Contribute creative solutions to high-stakes client deliverables, often under tight deadlines.
• Maintain and organize an internal library of graphics, templates, and visual assets.
• Support other graphic design needs, including event branding, banners, and web-ready materials.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that includes professional PowerPoint or Keynote presentations and branded collateral (preference for health, science, tech, or consulting sectors).
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with Figma a plus.
• Ability to translate technical topics into clear, visually compelling graphics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and developing templates.
• Highly accountable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience designing for healthcare, biotech, or scientific organizations.
• Familiarity with corporate communications, investor presentations, or event collateral.
• Resourceful, solutions-oriented, and comfortable “figuring things out” with minimal direction.
