At Entasis Partners, we specialise in architecture, but our reach often extends far beyond the blueprint.

We’ve formed a strategic partnership with a rising AI business that’s quietly shaking things up in the network and infrastructure space. As their platform takes shape, we’re helping them scale a high-performing engineering capability that blends product thinking with pragmatic delivery.

We’re now looking for two Software Engineers to join on an initial 3 month engagement, to support in the building and scaling of their core platform. This is a hands-on technical role where you'll be involved from design through to deployment, influencing not just the codebase, but also the team culture and ways of working.

The Software Engineers will be working on:

• Building full-stack features in a fast-paced product environment
• Designing clean, scalable APIs to power real-time data and analytics
• Collaborating across teams including data science, QA, and DevOps
• Contributing to systems that help modern networks become more sustainable
• Working iteratively to continuously improve the product

We're looking Software Engineers with:

• Strong experience across both front and back end, particularly with TypeScript
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks — React, Fastify or similar
• Knowledge of infrastructure and cloud tooling (Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS)
• A natural curiosity for things like AI/ML, performance optimisation or clean API design
• A self-directed mindset, you’re proactive, pragmatic, and confident in navigating ambiguity

You don’t need to come from telecoms or AI — just bring your technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to learn quickly in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.

This is a fully remote, UK-based contract role, outside IR35. You’ll be joining a delivery stream shaped by architects, but powered by engineers.
