Documentation Excellence: Proficient in creating clear and comprehensive documentation, including user stories, use cases, and technical requirements scope. Previous work experience with application and software development
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
At least one of the following Salesforce certifications: Certified Platform Developer I or Certified Platform Developer II
Proficient in no-code features of Salesforce: Quick Actions, Flow, AppExchange, community-led component libraries
Proficient in SOQL, Apex, JavaScript, CSS and Lightning Web Components
Proficient in SFDX, VS Code and sandbox deployment
Understanding of the Salesforce Lightning Design System and its standard components
Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues
Good understanding of the data movements in Omni-Channel specifically with Service Cloud. (Routing Configuration, Presence, Work Capacity)
Familiar with LiveAgent, Einstein Bot, CTI, Service Cloud Voice, Messaging for In App and Web, Service Cloud -related Einstein products
Worked in CICD based development is an advantage
Strategic Thinking: Ability to comprehend fundamental challenges and collaborate with partners to develop solutions that align with the company's objectives.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the betting industry and its specific challenges, with a willingness to develop domain expertise in this area.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering
