Job Description

We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer who brings deep technical expertise and architectural insight to help shape the future of our platform. This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to design and build scalable, high-performing software solutions. You’ll collaborate directly with developers, product managers, and customer-facing teams to understand real-world needs—and you won’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves to solve tough technical problems.

What You'll Do

• Drive the architecture, design, and development of robust software solutions using primarily .NET, along with JavaScript, React, SQL Server, and cloud technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance across multiple engineering teams—balancing short-term delivery with long-term scalability and maintainability.
• Serve as a trusted engineering partner to product and customer support teams by translating business needs into technical plans.
• Influence and contribute to our overall technical strategy and roadmap.
• Lead design reviews, code reviews, and mentor engineers in best practices around software design and delivery.
• Collaborate with peers to continuously improve our SDLC, tooling, and development standards.
• Stay hands-on with coding and problem-solving—especially when addressing complex issues or system-critical components.
• Help anticipate technical bottlenecks, recommend solutions, and foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

• 7+ years of experience building web applications, with a strong emphasis on .NET development (C#, .NET Core preferred).
• Experience designing and implementing application architecture and system integrations.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS).
• Expertise in working with SQL Server and designing data models for performance and scale.
• Comfortable operating within Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a “customer-first” mindset.
• A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring, sharing knowledge, and fostering a positive engineering culture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in SaaS or multi-tenant environments.
• Experience in modern DevOps practices and tools.
• Exposure to microservices, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
