Program Overview – COSMOS (Cloud Operations and Secure Management Optimization Service): COSMOS is an initiative managed by the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PAC) to modernize how the U.S. Department of Defense adopts, secures, and manages cloud environments. As a Department of Navy Enterprise IT Service, COSMOS streamlines access to multi-cloud platforms—AWS, Azure, Google, and Oracle—by automating governance, security, and compliance tasks across IL4, IL5, and IL6 classified environments. COSMOS enables mission owners to securely deploy and maintain cloud-native applications through Zero Trust Architecture and DevSecOps pipelines. Tools such as ServiceNow, Netskope, Wiz, and RegScale are integrated to support secure, self-service operations. This role provides a high-impact opportunity to help shape the future of secure cloud adoption across the DoD.

Pay Range: $150-200k
