Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a full-time remote position, based in the Western Province, Sri Lanka, working on USA hours.

The right candidate will bring creativity, precision, and accountability — someone who can focus entirely on Enine Arts’ projects, meet deadlines consistently, and produce exceptional design work that supports both our internal needs and our client expectations and deliverables.

• Lead and manage branding, logo design, typography, and creative graphics for a variety of clients.

• Design marketing collateral, social media graphics, website & app interfaces, signage, and print-ready materials.

• Create visuals that support SEO, blogs, email campaigns, paid ads, and executive reports.

• Collaborate with project managers, marketers, and developers through ClickUp to ensure smooth workflows.

• Adapt designs across multiple platforms (web, print, social, campaigns) while maintaining brand consistency.

• Deliver high-quality work with fast turnaround times, handling revisions professionally.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and represent Enine Arts as an invisible extension of our partners’ teams.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Creative & Design Expertise:

• Strong portfolio in Logo Design, Branding, Typography, Layout, and Composition.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects is a Plus).

• Experience with UI/UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).

• Knowledge of print/signage design and preparing files for production.

• Ability to create infographics, marketing graphics, and campaign visuals that align with business goals.

Technical & Workflow Proficiency:

• ClickUp (or similar project management software) for task tracking and communication.

• Familiarity with WordPress/Elementor/Divi design integration is a plus.

• Ability to optimize designs for web performance (alt texts, file compression, SEO overlap).

Professional & Collaborative Skills:

• Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Fast, reliable, and detail-oriented with a responsible work ethic.

• Comfortable working in a white-label environment with strict client confidentiality.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency experience preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred, not mandatory if portfolio is strong).

• Reliable internet connection and personal computer suitable for design work.
