Overview of the position
We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious B2B content & product marketing specialist to join our evolving team. The role bridges the gap between marketing content creation and product marketing excellence. You will be creating and executing content that aligns with our brand positioning, supports go-to-market initiatives, and drives engagement across the full customer journey — from awareness to adoption.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Planning and writing new content marketing collaterals — including blogs, landing pages, eBooks, and infographics or videos — that align key strategic goals such as brand awareness, lead generation, and SEO.
- Curating and repurposing existing content into different formats.
- Supporting the planning and creation of evergreen and campaign-specific product marketing content for all stages of the customer journey, such as product one-pagers, brochures, demo videos or case studies.
- Keeping existing marketing content and collateral updated, including key product messaging materials, such as value propositions, messaging frameworks, and customer journey maps.
- Monitoring industry trends and keeping on top of important topics/issues for our different audiences.
- Reviewing and proofreading content, ensuring online content is optimized for SEO.
- Briefing in-house graphic designers for the creation of various types of content/assets.
- Assisting in the planning and running of marketing campaigns targeted at specific audiences, ensuring we get the most out of every piece of content.
- Writing general copy for the website, social media posts, and marketing emails.
- Planning, sourcing, and writing newsletter content.
- Supporting sales enablement by ensuring the accessibility and effective use of marketing content and sales collaterals by sales teams.
Key requirements
Experience required
- Minimum of 3 years in B2B content marketing, product marketing, or a closely related field.
Education level
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (typically 3–4 years of higher education).
Technical skills and requirements
- Strong written communication and editorial skills.
- Exceptional eye for detail.
- Solid understanding of content and product marketing’s role in the marketing funnel and customer journey.
- Working to a brief and tight deadlines.
- Multi-tasking and managing priorities.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent written English.
- Writing for SEO and social media (particularly LinkedIn).
- Be able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels across the business
- General knowledge of B2B product marketing (e.g. understanding the customer journey, content marketing strategies, topics such as sales enablement, ABM, etc.)
- Familiarity with content management systems and digital asset management.
- Ability to translate complex technical product information into clear, benefit-driven messaging.
Other requirements
- Proofreading and editing skills.
- Confidence and competence in CMS systems — preferably WordPress.
- A high level of professionalism, interpersonal skills, and personal drive.
- Team player: ability to work on a team in a collaborative environment, sharing information and best practices.
- Fluent in English. Other languages are an asset.
- Microsoft Office Suite 365 proficiency.
- PMA certified a bonus.
