Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and hands-on UI/UX Designer with 1–2 years of professional experience to join Engro Technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing modern, user-centric web and mobile applications, along with experience creating marketing and branding assets. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Development teams to design intuitive digital experiences for our SaaS products and enterprise applications while ensuring consistency with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and scalable design systems.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and user-centric design across all digital platforms.
• Support the creation of visual assets and marketing collateral whenever required.
• Maintain consistency across products by following established design systems and brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design methodologies, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's with 1–2 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
• Hands-on experience designing SaaS products, ERP, CRM, HRMS, enterprise software, or other digital applications is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, FigJam, Axure RP, Zeplin, and Balsamiq.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, design systems, user journeys, and responsive interfaces.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and the ability to create marketing and branding assets when required.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, responsive design principles, Material Design, and modern component libraries is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, interaction design, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
