We’d love to hear that you:

Have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing – and spent at least part of that time in the world of Web3, crypto, or fintech.
Know how event promotion and working with PR or agencies really works – not just in theory.
Have experience collaborating on websites and landing pages – you know how to “handle the content,” talk to a designer, and then check if everything works, looks, and measures the way it should.
Can work with social media publishing tools and mailing tools – and you know that communication is more than just a LinkedIn post.
Can navigate Meta Ads, Google Ads, and X Ads – you don’t need to be an expert, but you know where to click and why.
Don’t give up when facing bottlenecks – you try to get the information elsewhere and don’t remain passive.
Communicate fluently in English – minimum B2 or IELTS 5.0.

Scope of responsibilities:

In this role, you will support the team in planning and executing external activities – from PR and event promotion to web projects and branding campaigns. Your job will be to ensure communication consistency, smooth workflows, and on-time delivery of each stage.
You will collaborate with various teams: from communications and content to design and developers – making sure everything follows the agreed plan. And all of this in the exciting world of Web3.
