About The Role

  • At Enfuce, we believe B2B marketing should be bold, creative, and purposeful and above all, drive measurable business impact. That means building a strong, predictable pipeline and ensuring excellent conversion. This is where you come in.
  • As Director of Performance Marketing, you’ll be the architect and driver of Enfuce’s digital growth engine. You’ll set the vision, lead execution, and continuously optimise the programs that fuel our enterprise and mid-market pipeline. From our website to paid media, from integrated campaigns to database marketing, you’ll ensure every channel performs as a scalable and reliable source of opportunity.
  • This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on leadership. You’ll enhance existing channels, introduce new levers for growth, and lead a team dedicated to driving measurable demand impact across the full funnel.

What You'll Be Doing

Pipe generation and acceleration:

  • Own the strategy and execution across the website and all paid / digital performance channels to deliver & nurture the required marketing-sourced pipeline across enterprise and mid-market.

Team Leadership And Development

  • Build a mentor and scale a team of high-achieving performance marketing experts to fuel the Enfuce growth ambitions.
  • Current team of 1 FTE + 1 freelancer, with scope to grow to 4 FTE in short- to midterm.

Website / Digital Customer Journey

  • Take full accountability for the Enfuce website as a core demand engine. From user experience and conversion rate optimisation to SEO, content performance, and analytics, working in close partnership with all relevant stakeholders from brand, solution marketing, partnerships sales and beyond
  • Work closely with the Enfuce brand team on ensuring that the website experience is a great representation of the Enfuce brand, bringing it to life in a digital context.

Paid Media

  • Own paid digital channels (search, social, retargeting, programmatic, syndication, ABM campaigns) with a focus on ROI and scalability.

Database Marketing

  • Own strategy and execution for database-driven campaigns. leveraging segmentation, lead nurturing, intent data, and marketing automation to maximise engagement and conversion across the funnel.

Funnel Management

  • Partner with Marketing Ops to track funnel performance, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI continuously optimising conversion across awareness, nurture, and sales-ready stages.

Innovation & Testing

  • Drive a culture of experimentation in both paid and owned channels, piloting new formats, technologies, and tactics.

Agency/Tech Management

  • Manage external agencies, contractors, and tech stack tools to scale & impact delivery.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 5+ years leading performance marketing / demand generation functions in fintech, SaaS or other complex enterprise sales environments.
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering pipeline targets (marketing-sourced) for both enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Strong experience owning and optimising websites as a demand engine from SEO and UX to CRO and content performance.
  • Demonstrable success in scaling paid media programs across search, social, ABM, and programmatic channels with clear ROI.
  • Experience running database marketing programs (segmentation, lead nurturing, intent-driven plays, multi-touch campaigns) using marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Solid exposure to long, complex B2B sales cycles (9–18 months), with a proven ability to build multi-channel campaigns that nurture accounts and accelerate deals.
  • Track record in building and leading teams hiring, mentoring, and scaling high-achieving performance marketing talent.
  • Experience working in high-growth environments (scale-ups or fast-growing SaaS/fintech firms)
