The Role
This is a hands-on role for a self-starter with 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience. You will be responsible for managing digital channels, running email and LinkedIn campaigns, developing compelling content, and coordinating creative work with our external agencies.
The successful candidate will collaborate with PR, sales, and product teams to deliver strong, consistent messaging across all platforms. You should be confident briefing designers, videographers, and web developers, and able to lead on campaign delivery from concept to completion.
Key Accountabilities
- Plan, execute, and report on multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, with a focus on digital and email (Pardot and LinkedIn)
- Manage and optimise digital platforms including website, social media, and email marketing
- Lead creative direction with graphic and video agencies for campaign assets
- Write and edit high-quality content, including customer stories, articles, blogs, and case studies
- Collaborate with PR agencies to identify and activate earned media opportunities
- Brief and liaise with web developers for website updates, landing pages, and technical improvements
- Coordinate industry conferences, sponsorships, and customer-facing events
- Support customer entertainment and engagement initiatives in collaboration with the commercial team
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment across Enet and Speed Fibre Group communications
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3–5 years in a B2B marketing role, preferably in telecoms, tech, or infrastructure
- Digital Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, especially LinkedIn and Pardot (or similar)
- Content Creation: Excellent writing and editing skills; able to translate technical input into engaging copy
- Design Oversight: Comfortable working with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and guiding agency work
- Project Management: Able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with high attention to detail
- Initiative: Self-motivated, adaptable, and confident working independently and cross-functionally
