This is a fully remote opportunity for a skilled Rust Engineer to work on cutting-edge blockchain protocols and infrastructure.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable blockchain protocols and applications using Rust.
• Design and implement decentralized systems, contributing to backend infrastructure and smart contract development.
• Optimize and enhance the performance and security of blockchain components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge blockchain solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Stay ahead of the latest advancements in Rust, blockchain, and decentralized finance (DeFi).

📋 Requirements:

• Strong experience in Rust development, with a proven track record of building production-grade systems.
• Solid understanding of blockchain protocols, cryptography, and decentralized networks.
• Experience with Substrate, Solana, or other Rust-based blockchain frameworks is a plus.
• Knowledge of peer-to-peer networking, consensus mechanisms, and smart contracts.
• Familiarity with Web3 technologies and blockchain infrastructure.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
