Performance Objectives

Design thoughtful, scalable, and user-centered solutions to complex product challenges across platforms and use cases in a sophisticated SaaS environment.
Champion user-centric design methodologies, contributing to both strategic direction and execution.
Lead complex design problems end-to-end, from discovery and ideation to prototyping, execution, and delivery.
Contribute to and evolve a robust, scalable design system, ensuring visual and interaction consistency across the entire product suite.
Drive product design strategy, pushing beyond aesthetics to define what we build and why, rooted in business and user outcomes.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to align on requirements and deliver high-quality implementation.
Ensure design excellence by maintaining a high bar for quality, usability, and accessibility across all user touchpoints.

Competitive Candidate Profile

4+ years of experience in digital product design, including demonstrated success in SaaS environments.
Deep expertise in building, maintaining, and scaling design systems, with an eye for consistency, accessibility, and developer adoption.
Data-informed mindset: able to leverage both quantitative metrics and qualitative insights to drive design decisions.
Proven ability to independently manage design initiatives from concept to launch in fast-paced environments.
Comfortable working in Agile product teams, collaborating iteratively with engineers and product managers.
Strong communication skills in English (C1 level), with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Proactive and self-driven, with a growth mindset and a willingness to take smart risks and learn from failures.
Experience influencing peers and advocating for design best practices across teams.
Prior experience in startups or rapidly evolving environments is a plus.
Solid understanding of desktop-first SaaS platforms, with an emphasis on usability, scalability, and technical constraints.
